Lazy fitness hacks| minimum efforts
If you're a lazy person like me who doesn't like working out but still wants to slay in every outfit. So yes you are at the right place. I will share my lazy fitness hacks which only requires minimum efforts. Follow this fitness routine and you will see the difference in your body in a month. Stay fit does not mean that you only have to maintain your physical appearance. In my dictionary it means Stay fit internally and externally.
some people follow extreme diet and starve themselves to gain body like professional models. My beauties remember one thing they are models and that is there profession they earn money by exhibiting their body. Our main motive is to achieve a healthy and strong body, so that we might not face any internal and external physical issues when we gets older.
I'm not a person who can go to gym and do such exercises to gain a fit body. Follow my easy tips and fitness hacks that require no gym and hard core efforts. In my family and friends gathering many people ask me how i stay fit without doing any efforts and exercise. So here it is my most requested blog. I will reveal and share my fitness secrets in this blog that how i kept my body fit and healthy.
My lazy fitness routine and hacks are not for extreme weight loss yet it will help you in burning calories. We should look smart and fit rather than looking as a matchstick. I want people to call me smart not a skeleton. Make your appearance worth seeing.
●Stretch your body every morning, take a long deep breath for the count of 3 and exhale slowly. Do this twice but on a regular basis it is also known as calming breath.
●Drink green tea without sugar before going to bed. It will increase your metabolism. This trick really helped me and my family members.
●Drink water before every meal. This will make you eat less. Drink 8 glasses of water a day. Avoid drinking water after every meal.
●If you want to get rid of your stubborn belly fats. Add 1tbsp organic apple cider vinegar in a glass full of water. Mixed well drink it with a straw otherwise it will damage your teeth. It is very effective. Drink it every night before bed and morning before breakfast.
●Walk on a daily basis and increase your walking miles once you get used to it. Walk at least for one hour on a regular basis.
●Avoid junk food, soda drinks and beverages that contain high amounts of sugar. If you crave any one of them you can have a cheat day once a week.
●If you want to burn calories drink green tea without sugar add 1 slice of lemon juice 5 times a day do this for one week max.
●Just have 3 meals a day. If you feel hungry, eat fruits.
●Enjoy your life to the fullest. Spread love and positivity in your surroundings. Studies proved that laughing can burn your calories. If you are taking stress our body will generate stress hormones. It will have a negative impact on our face and body.
●Eat less chicken, meat, sugar and salt.
●Eat a bowl full of yogurt and add 1tbsp honey for taste. Eat twice a week. It is good for strengthening our bones.
●As a Muslim we all know offering regular Namaz (prayers) can keep you healthy and strong internally and externally. It is the best and effective way to lose weight or to control obesity. Namaz stretches your muscle.
