How to apply foundation?

Foundation

 Foundation is the most important part of makeup. It is the base for other cosmetics, so it is compulsory to have a flawless natural base. Your foundation shouldn't be very cakey and patchy. Your base should be fully blended and concealed well to hide your imperfections. In my country people tend to go for fair tone foundation. Their foundation do not match to their skin tone. It looks unnatural  and grayish on their face. To achieve flawless and smooth base you have to follow these instructions which I am going to discuss in my blog. I love natural makeup base but if you are a full coverage person I also have tips for you. My personal favorite is fit me Maybelline foundation.

 instructions:

*Prep your skin

Deep cleanse, tone, moisturize and prime your skin.

*Choose right foundation

Recognize your skin undertone, there are 3 undertone (cool, warm, neutral).choose your foundation according to your skin type (oily, normal, dry, combination) and under tone. Apply little amount of foundation don't apply too much foundation it will look cakey and patchy.

*Selection of tools

To blend your base we need to select makeup tools such as brushes, beauty blender etc. Although beauty blender consume some of your foundation. It is good for light coverage foundation and natural look. High quality synthetic brushes are good for blending liquid base foundation. You can also blend your makeup with your fingers.

Always remember when you are using a damp beauty blender don't rub it on your skin harshly. Just dab it!

*Conceal your face

Conceal your under eyes, hide your zits and other skin problems

*Select a powder for foundation

Select a loose or pressed powder according to your foundation skin color. Apply it on your foundation to set your makeup.

Full coverage

Now we will talk about people who prefer full coverage .Choose a best full coverage brand foundation. Use silicon or mattifying primer for full coverage foundation.

Stick foundation

Apply foundation on your palm, mix it with moisturizer then apply it on your face. You will get flawless base. Usually stick foundation do not blend easily use this tip. 

How to make BB cream ?

Take foundation of your choice add little amount of foundation in it mix both of them and your bb cream is ready. It is good for people who like light coverage and natural makeup look.
