Brush your teeth too hard
Apply enough pressure to your teeth don’t brush your teeth too hard. Brush your teeth twice a day not more than this.
Drinking cold water
Drinking cold water can cause difficulty in your digestion process. I would suggest always drink a glass of lukewarm water. Coldwater is good for your body temperature especially in summers but not in everyone’s situation and condition.
Brushing wet hair
Brushing your wet hair can cause hair loss and hair damage. So try to avoid brushing wet hair.
Sleeping with your hair tied up
Avoid sleeping with your hair tied up. No need to sleep in your messy buns, braids, or, ponytails. It only causes hair loss and hair breakage. Sleep with your untied hair at night. If you are using any sort of hair product then make a loose braid or bun don’t use elastic pony.
Don’t prep your skin before makeup
For a flawless and smooth base, it is important to prep your skin if your skin is healthy the better are the makeup results. Always moisturize, prime and, tone your skin before applying any makeup application.
Cleansing your face every day
Wash your face twice a day or deep cleanse your skin once a week. Otherwise, it would dry out your skin it is is important to keep our skin moisturized. Washing your face consistently can also cause acne, it will remove the natural oil from your skin.
Bleaching your face
We bleach our face to lighten the facial hair on. Bleach your face once a month if it is necessary otherwise don’t. It can cause severe damage to your skin.
Wipe your face with a towel
Used towels can cause bacteria and fungus. So avoid wiping your face with a towel instead use tissues or let it air dry.
Drinking tea frequently
Drinking too much tea could lead you to diseases like headaches, anxiety, digestive issues or it might disturb your sleep.
Drinking water at the end of your meal
We should drink a glass of water 20 minutes before a meal or in the middle of a meal. Don’t drink water after finishing your meal it will cause many health problems like you won’t be able to digest your meal. It will increase the acidity in your stomach.
