We think by using expensive skin care products we can get healthy, flawless, and clear skin. It's not a true fact there are many other things we had to follow to get clear skin. Clear skin is important for your makeup to look flawless. I will discuss 12 habits of people with clear skin which I have learned and noticed in my whole life.
Drink enough water
Most people think they are drinking tea or milkshake it is completing the requirement of water in their body. No sweetheart it is not! You have to drink enough water to fulfill your body requirements for water. If you drink enough water it will flush out every toxin that is in your body your stomach will feel healthy and due to it you will notice that your skin is getting clear. ”upset stomach is a symbol of bad skincare”.
Avoid sugar in your diet
Avoid intake of sugars in your diet and avoid junk food that disturbs your health. People with acne-prone skin should completely skip sugar from their diet to get clear skin.
Moisturize your skin
Moisturize your skin day and night on a daily basis. Find the best moisturizer according to your skin type or use aloe Vera gel instead. Keep your skin hydrated even though your skin type is oily moisturizing your skin will give a glow to your skin.

It will also stimulate the stress hormones that are not good for your skin and good health.
Use less makeup
Try to do natural makeup. Use non-comedogenic makeup. It is good for acne-prone skin. Lesser is the makeup better is your skin health. Always prep your skin before applying makeup.
